Can't get life insurance for my daughter?

My daughter is 11 months old with a few birth defects that will be corrected with 3 more surgeries. Me and my husband have tried to get life insurance in case something goes wrong. But we haven't found anywhere that will let us have insurance on her because of her upcoming surgeries. They all say that we can get it after her surgeries are over, which kinda defeats the purpose. I'm not saying I believe in smacking children or anything and if parents are too heavy handed and strict it has a negative effect, my mum was used to smack me and my brothers and threaten us with violence and now I don't have much self-confidence or esteem, but on the opposite end of the spectrum you get people who have parents that let them get away with anything. If u r trying to save money skip the toner. Toner is not an absolute must have. A good moisturizer is more important. The oatmeal soap is a good cleanser for dry sensitive skin and irratated itchy skin--oatmeal calms and soothes the skin. Ponds moisturizer is not expensive and actually feels nice on the skin. If you have never worn a moisturizer I would start w/a lotion because of the lighter weight and texture. Creams can sometimes feel heavy or greasy to first time users.

My father ped away three years ago. The first time i ever met him was at his funeral. I looked for him for 13yrs then i received a call that he had ped on. I found out that the town i grew up in was the same town his parents lived in and they saw me plenty of times in public but never said anything. Just be honest at occupational health, they don't want to stop you they just need to check that your well enough, which as your issues of self harm and depression were more than a year ago it's very unlikely to be a problem. I was in the same position except having borderline personality disorder on top of depression and self harm but they were satisfied that i was managing well enough to do my nursing training and they just kept an eye on me with regular appointments. As for the scars showing when wearing your uniform, i found that no one else had an issue with this and no one ever really mentioned it, i was the one that was uncomfortable with them on show, but i got used it and as long as you don't mind then do what makes you happy.

Well I can answer a few of your questions, the best and cheapest way to get around is probably by either the tube (subway, underground) or by bus. Hotels in central London are usually quite pricey, but a really nice one is the Marriott on the thames which is fairly central and very comfortable. A good show is Billy Elliot, also Mamma Mia, or Oliver Twist. A really good Chinese restaurant is called The Golden Dragon and it is in china town. There is a chain restaurant called Pizza Express that is really delicous. It isn't like dominoes or round table, it is a proper sit down restaurant that is fairly cheap.There are a few attractions that shouldn't be missed: The London Eye (best on a sunny day), Big Ben, Tower of London, Tate Modern, Westminster Abbey, etc. Another fun thing to do could be a cruise down the river Thames. These run quite often and if you choose a good company can be quite informative. Irish Potato Recipe?

When I was in Ireland a couple of years ago, I had these great potatoes and cannot find a recipe. They seemed ery. The potatoes were peeled and the outside was slightly chewy after being cooked. I feed my 7 lb miniature pinscher Nutro Natural Choice. They have different sizes and flavors and whatnot... but as a small breed puppy, they make "Small Bites Puppy". Its about $11 for a bag, but its worth it! Purina, and other brands like it, have fillers (like corn for instance). It is of no nutritional value for the dog, except to fill him up faster and make his poos bigger and smellier, and in turn, hes hungry sooner and eats more (so you buy more...). Fritz (my minpin), has teeny poos and they don't really even smell. I know its gross, but to me that makes spending a little extra on natural food worth it. Plus, they have a small bites adult formula too that I recently switched to, and he had no hesitation in digging in and chowing down! The only downfall is that its not sold at WalMart. For six months now, I have been having irregular stools; urge to defecate, narrow stools (sometimes float), some mucus, sometimes frequently defecating (6/7 times a day sometimes more). Is My iPod Battery Dying Too Quick?

I have the 30GB iPod video and lately I've been using it to watch the 3rd season of Lost. One episode usually runs about 44-46 minutes as there are no commercials. I can only get thru about 2 episodes before the battery is fully depleted. Is this normal? I know that watching videos draws much more power then music but shouldn't it last longer then that? What went wrong, where did I mess up.?

I called my gf and asked her in a pissy attitude why she didnt call me. She didnt hear me the first time so I asked again and started yelling at me. so we started arguing and she hung up. Teething 8 month old baby girl?

my baby is teething and everytime she pees she screams because it burns and she poops 20 times a dal. but she keeps gettin a bad rash from pooping so much, i change her after n make sure shes clean down there ,I also let her air dry for awhile. then i use diaper rash cream. it goes away for awhile then comes right back so what can i do to prevent her gettin this painful rash. what foods should she not eat or foods to help? things to avoid? thanks for ur help

Earlier today, a little before eleven, I had a bit of a stomach ache. A little while later, the stomach pain had built, and by one or so, I was in severe pain. I left school, drove myself home with severe abdominal pain all throughout, and upon my arrival home, fell asleep for a solid four or five hours. When I woke up, the pain was gone, but I felt a slight sick feeling in my stomach. Now, around 10:00 PM, my pain is pretty much gone, other than a slight pain coming from my right side, and while my stomach is slightly upset, I am INCREDIBLY hungry. Do you think it's appendicitis?

Questions about Leep Procedure?

So I have quite a few questions. To start off with I am having the leep procedure done at the beginning of October. About a year ago I was told that I had an abnormal pap so from there on out I have been having paps and colpo's frequently. This last time I had a colpo and a biopsy to see how deep the abnormality actually was. First of all the biopsy was about 2 1/2-3 weeks ago and I am starting to have light cramping. Is it normal to have cramping weeks after the biopsy was done? Secondly how hard is it to get pregnant after having the leep done? If one was pregnant before the leep procedure and did not know they were could the actual procedure affect the pregnancy? Any general information about the procedure would be greatly appreciated. I am extremely nervous about the whole ordeal and just need some urance from anyone who has been through it. I know they numb your cervix beforehand but I was told my Dr would give me some sort of conscious sedation before the numbing of the cervix. Was this the case for anyone else? The last question may seem sort of silly in fact I know it is but I can't help but wonder about it. Not only am I having the leep done but at the end of October (just a few weeks after my leep) I am having sinus surgery. Is it a big deal to be having two procedures done so close together? I scheduled them at different times but the Dr.s were available those dates so that's what I went with. It's probably not a big deal but again just curious. Thanks again for any helpful info.

What a total shame on the way your step daughter is being raised. Everything you stated just went from bad to worse! I've said so many times there are so many folks who want children so badly but that are unable to have them. Then there are those who do have children & don't raise them correctly. What a total shame tho what she's doing to your husband & making him jump thru hoop after hoop just to be able to see her & spend time w/her. He should NOT have to go to their place to be able to see her. He should have his OWN TIME when he TAKES HER & is able to do things w/her on his own. She is NOT being fair whatsoever in regards to the way she's treating him. It's like she's spiting him for some reason when he does NOT deserve it. And to keep a child up to 1 a.m. it totally irresponsible. She IS HIS DAUGHTER, & she SHOULD call him her daddy. He IS & ALWAYS WILL BE her father. I'm sure when she's older she w/call him what SHE WANTS & NOT what the mother "dictates" for her to have to do to please only herself & NO ONE else. I don't know IF Family court in your county could be of help to you, but it's sure worth a try. I don't know either IF social services could steer you in the rite direction where you could get the help you need so badly to get things straightened out. It's a total sin what she's doing against him & just to be able to see his own child. There just has to be something you could do about it, somewhere you can turn to w/o it costing you the funds you do not have. It's sure worth a try at those two places tho to see if you can just get the help you so badly need to correct this situation. She is way over stepping her boundaries & what ashame a father cannot take his own daughter w/him to HIS HOME to be able to visit w/her & not have the mother around watching every move you make or dictating what should or should not be done. This all is so totally unfair. I trust in some way you CAN rectify this situation & I wish you ALL the BEST...:)

My friend was travelling in underground tube. he had valid ticket for zones 2-5. but he came via zone 1 in emergency. To be completely honest, it gets on my nerves when people do that. I don't like when people "hint" or beat around the bush about anything. I like to engage in conversation with anyone, even strangers but not when someone is acting dramatic to get attention. I don't do the sighing deal either when I'm upset. Three years old is quite old for a rat, most rats rarely make it too far past two. It's possible that he is slowing down due to old age, however I would still try to get him to a vet just in case it is something that can be treated. Even a large animal vet should be able to examine him and give him some fluids or notice any heart disease or other symptoms of something else you may have missed. (i already had a crush on him, since we were in 3rd grade and i just hid it from him so we won't back away or anything). hello everyone. i am 18 years old, male. i have had an asthma attack once or twice before, but they werent so bad that i had to be hostipilized i think. when i get sick, like coughing a lot, my asthma then acts up, but otherwise, it doesnt ever act up even after strenuous exercise. lately though, since ive begun college, i have not exercised much at all. i have had two shortlessness of breath out of random/ sudden. what could be the cause? do i need to eat healthier or exercise more? im thinking it could be a lack of exercise but im not sure. also, i have no family history of anyone ping away from disease. none. we are all healthy, but of course, not me lately. i used to exercise in high school a lot now. but not much since the past 4 months. also, this occurs at rest, i was just sitting here wathcing a movie and it just happened once. it has happened once or twice before in the past 4 months. any one help?

Chronic back pain ??? Explain?

K, my back is KILLING ME no joke everytime I try to slouch its a sharp pain in my lower right back that takes my breath away, i've had this before a lot like every 2-4 days it comes back. I have scoliosis for about a year and they told me its not serious and to come back in like May, so whats the deal why is it so painful ? Is the pain actually from my scolious or ? hello guys, am currently sick for about a week now and am starting to get worries due to the fact what started as a simple cold i think is leading to more serious lung sickness. It has been exactly a week since i got sick symptoms started as mild cough on last Thursday turned out as a high fever over the weekend but i haven't had a fever since last Saturday. The fever is gone but the cough stayed i been coughing everyday since last Thursday spitting out small amounts of mucus not so thick but in the middle of the night i wake up and the thick mucus comes up really aggressive cough causing me to vomit flam and once i vomit all the flam out is a deep dry cough following with a wheezing when i breath. i think i might have acute bronchitis and am considering to see a doctor on Saturday if i keep coughing till then. please help me what drugs i can take for this and what i can make at home. thanks also does not help the fact that am a smoker but I have cut down to 1 cig a day since I got sick.

I've attended a public state university for the past year for my first year of school, and I hate it. I got accepted into Savannah College of Art and Design, but I chose not to go because the state school was financially a much better option. the state school does offer interior design, which is what I want to do, but I find the atmosphere very creatively stifling, and I feel like my free spirit is dying in this town. I know I would love the atmosphere of an art school and would flourish there, but is it worth the money? I would probably end up taking out about $35,000 total for living/tuition since i already have so many credits. The art school that I would go to is in Manhattan, which is a great place for networking, especially with high end interior design.

Since 5th grade (I am in 11th grade now) I have had a very powerful imagination but the problem is it has become almost uncontrollable. You need to boot from the cd to restore the computer. Some computer will also use a bootable floppy disc to make this happen so see if you have one. Put the floppy, or cd #1 into the cd drive and reboot the computer. When the first screen comes on you should see a message that says hit the delete key to enter set up. Some mfg may use a different key, but it is the same process. You should be able to find and option (usually under advanced options) to choose your first boot drive. If it is a floppy then choose A: if it is a cd then choose D: or what ever your cd letter is. Exit and save settings to the bios and restart. This should make your computer start from your cd drive to do a system restore.

Help am i pregnant.............?

I got my period three weeks ago it was a bit shorter than usual. i then had diarrohea this stopped then i couldn't go to d toilet for a week.i got it again a few days later (after my period) but it was a brownie colour. I dunno if this is cause i was late going to get my from doc. But any way was taking d pill and it started again once again a brownie colour. During this time i have had lots of pains (not my ). i had lots of brownie discharge in between. My friend told me dat my eyes were glossy d other day and she said dat this is d first signs of pregnancy. I have also been drinking a lot more lately and also weeing a lot more (prob cause i drinkin more). I stilol keep gettin pains. I haven't taken a test as i think it is to early.

Every computer slows down eventually. Its not always hardware either. Sometimes, just a fresh install of the operating system will quickly revive a computer. If you are in buisness, you should be able to afford buying a copy of the operating system and doing a clean install. My daughter hears dead people...?

Now I have no problem with this but my Husband is upset about me "encouraging" her. Here is a little backround: We live in my Grandmother's house as she has ped away and for years and years (before we even moved here) a little boy (approximately age 6) has been seen running down the hallway or in the bathroom. He appears briefly and wears a white shirt and beige "old time" knickers. When we moved here 2 years ago, there was no sign of him and being that I, myself, never saw him I was beginning to think he didn't exist. His handprint is in cement on the side of the house with his nam "Philip" and a box of his old baby shoes were found in the attic long ago when my grandmother was still very healthy and was cleaning out the attic (she threw the box away). Still, because I never saw him I was starting to think it was just an embelishment on my Grandmother and sister's part but then right after we moved in here my daughter started telling me she heard a little boy talking to her. She was 3 at the time so the way she described it was she heard the spider talking to her and she knew he was a boy because he had a boy voice. I got rid of the spider and ured her spiders cannot talk and dismissed the whole thing. Then several times after she would tell me she was hearing the boy voice again and he was asking her her name and if she would like to play. Sometimes she'd say he'd simply say "hi" and then nothing else. This always happened when I was busy cleaning etc and she was playing alone (I am a stay at home mom). As the incidences became more frequent, I became more interested and told her to talk back to him and that that would be ok. Well, when my Husband noticed she was talking about the little boy more and more he became quite annoyed and asked me not to discuss it with her at all and to tell her there is nothing there and not to talk about it. I just don't think this is right but don't want to cause too much conflict over such a supernatural issue. Marriage is hard enough as it is but I feel like I am taking something away from my daughter by denying her this could be "ability". Because she stopped responding to him the incidences have lessened quite a bit but just the other day he said "hi.......goodbye". For some reason that made me sad. My daughter is now 5 years old and she says sometimes she can feel him close to her or next to her. Any advice on how I could or should handle this...? Lastly , here is a video I took this past summer and I don't know if the little boy did this or if this doll I have is possessed.
