How do you ask someone to quit wearing perfume at work?

Go to your supervisor or boss and tell them that you are experiencing some health issues due to perfumes being used in the office environment. It is THEIR responsibility to ask others not to wear it....not yours. It is already common practice in MOST offices by the way.
