Do i have internal hemorrhoids?

For six months now, I have been having irregular stools; urge to defecate, narrow stools (sometimes float), some mucus, sometimes frequently defecating (6/7 times a day sometimes more). I also have a sweaty sensation around my , especially when I move. I defecated blood last week for the first time. Those are my symptoms. I had a blood and stool test that showed nothing unusual. Can this be internal hemorrhoids? I have discomfort around the rectum but no pain. Thanks!
