NATO vs. Warsaw Leaders?

Hey there guys, I am currently doing a project on NATO vs Warsaw Pact. I am igned the part where we have to discuss the most three important people of this event. No matter how much I've searched, I am not clear on which three people to do. Can you guys help me out by saying which leaders/officials were the most important? Much appreciated, and thanks.
