If a company Sponsors a Series 7 test, can I quit right after I p it?

Did you sign a contract when you started working for the firm? If not, I highly doubt they could sue you. Once you p your 7 it is good for 2 yrs. If you find another job in the industry you will be able to move the 7 to the new firm.
