My Chances for a UC Irvine appeal?

I applied for the business major at UCI, but didnt get accepted into that, rather they accepted me but in the biology major. I am appealing to them to try to get back into the business major. My ulative GPA is 3.6 and I got a 1730 on my SATs. What are my chances of getting accepted?
