Help on my kawasaki kxl 110 dirtbike.?

my little brother got a kawasaki kx 110 and he only knows how to ride a lil bit and we were on our trail and he started up the bike but when we started going he popped a wheelie and the bike fell on the throttle and now its sticking. what should i do to make it stop sticking.
