New puppy wondering how big she should be?

Today my husband and I got a beagle blue tick coon hound mix puppy. She will be 3 months around the 15th of January. She still has worms which we got her medicine and working on getting rid of. She weighs 12.4 lbs and I was wondering if this is a healthy weight for her or should she be bigger?
