I want to donate my bone marrow to my dad and everyone that needs it?

hey i am lindzie Jackson and my dad just got told that he has bone cancer and i really want to donate my bone marrow so i can save his live and other people i live in Anderson Indiana but i don't know where i can do that i really don't have any money i just want to help i am afraid that i am going to lose my dad and hes only 46 years old and i just need help can you please help me
