When are the new wii channels coming out?

I heard that the Check Mii out channel was coming out at the end of September and its almost the end of October. When is it really coming out? Plus, there is a channel that will play demos of games or something like that and its supposed to come out in November in Japan but when will it come out in the U.S.?
