Do you think I have appendicitis?

Earlier today, a little before eleven, I had a bit of a stomach ache. A little while later, the stomach pain had built, and by one or so, I was in severe pain. I left school, drove myself home with severe abdominal pain all throughout, and upon my arrival home, fell asleep for a solid four or five hours. When I woke up, the pain was gone, but I felt a slight sick feeling in my stomach. Now, around 10:00 PM, my pain is pretty much gone, other than a slight pain coming from my right side, and while my stomach is slightly upset, I am INCREDIBLY hungry. Do you think it's appendicitis?
