Chronic back pain ??? Explain?

K, my back is KILLING ME no joke everytime I try to slouch its a sharp pain in my lower right back that takes my breath away, i've had this before a lot like every 2-4 days it comes back. I have scoliosis for about a year and they told me its not serious and to come back in like May, so whats the deal why is it so painful ? Is the pain actually from my scolious or ? I have also had spinal menijitis when i was about 4 I don't know if that'll help but ...... just thought i should put it in there, if you could help that'd be great, thank you!
