Should I take out loans to go to art school?

I've attended a public state university for the past year for my first year of school, and I hate it. I got accepted into Savannah College of Art and Design, but I chose not to go because the state school was financially a much better option. the state school does offer interior design, which is what I want to do, but I find the atmosphere very creatively stifling, and I feel like my free spirit is dying in this town. I know I would love the atmosphere of an art school and would flourish there, but is it worth the money? I would probably end up taking out about $35,000 total for living/tuition since i already have so many credits. The art school that I would go to is in Manhattan, which is a great place for networking, especially with high end interior design.
