How can I speed up a home PC?

Every computer slows down eventually. Its not always hardware either. Sometimes, just a fresh install of the operating system will quickly revive a computer. If you are in buisness, you should be able to afford buying a copy of the operating system and doing a clean install. You may need to add some memory to help out, but without knowing what your hardware is, that is impossible for me to recommend to you.
