Why did ACORN dump doents relevant to the California AG investigation?

Hey they tried to get the damning evidence gone.If they were smart they would have shredded it.As it was they were caught red handed.They will not be registering phony voters or taking census.I would have been happy if the election would have been called invalid and make Bush stay until another election or even Clinton.Either would be better than what we got.
